Reporting a claim (Normal Office Hours):
Claims should be reported though your insurance Agent when possible. This contact information is located in the upper right-hand corner of your policy’s Declaration Page. Use the “Find an Agent” tool to locate the Agencies contact information should the Declaration Page be unavailable.
If your agent cannot be reached, contact MVMIC directly by submitting this “Report A Claim” or calling 1-920-829-5525.
Reporting a claim (Other than Normal Office Hours):
Contact MVMIC directly by submitting through “Report A Claim“ or calling 1-920-829-5525 and following the prompts to submit an emergency claim per a voice message.
Both options are monitored continuously, a Representative will follow up promptly. Remember to indicate the best way to contact you.
